Policy and Strategy

For the South West of England Regional Development Agency, we reviewed options for future RDA support for the Core Unit of the South West Observatory, a multi-partner intelligence resource for the public sector. The work built on our previous evaluation of the Observatory as a whole in 2004. 

For Berkshire Learning and Skills Council, we undertook a strategic review of Berkshire Business Education Alliance, which holds the Education Business Links Consortium contract for the county. 

For London Borough of Newham, we prepared a Forward Strategy for the 'Stratford: Tomorrow's City' SRB-funded programme. 

For the Skills for Logistics and GoSkills Sector Skills Council bidding team, provided strategic advice and drafted support for their formal Expressions of Interest.
